This course is designed for people 250 pounds and over. Within that weight range there are extra challenges that we will modify workouts for and help you overcome them safely until they are no longer a challenge. We will work with you and guide you with losing weight, gaining confidence, and help guide you in pursuing a healthier and happier lifestyle overall, in and out of the gym.

This is a 6 week course that comes with 12 workouts (2 per week), meal plans (that aren’t unattainable and intimidating), measurements to track your progress, and life-coaching to help structure your days, weeks, and future to lead you to healthier and happier you.

The course is designed to be repeated. You will be in an encouraging, motivating, non judgmental environment with others who are on the same path as you.
