mixed strength & Cardio

These classes are a mix of beginner and advanced clients. We combine strength and cardio exercises with a focus on certain muscle groups on different days. If you are new to working out or coming back after a while, this is a great class for you to begin with. Enjoy working out in a mixed group!

If you are participating in these classes as part of our 6 week beginner course, we can modify as needed! There is no intimidation if you are just starting out. Our advanced clients are the best and will always encourage and motivate you!

bootcamp hour

Get your booty in shape during this hour long class. Move from station to station with fun but challenging exercises! The class is best for experienced/advanced clients as there are no modifications and you are expected to do the exercises as designed.

mini bootcamp

You’ve been working out but you’re not quite ready for the hour bootcamp? This class is for you! Enjoy the bootcamp style in a 30 minute class!


KPF Power +:

A 6 week course designed for people 250 lbs and over. 2 workouts per week, weekly meal plans, and measurement tracking.


KPF @ Home Live!

A Monthly subscription which allows exclusive access to live streams of actual kpf classes at kellye personal fitness. if you miss a live stream, don’t worry, you’ll have access to all the previously live streamed classes.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email receipt with details on how to access the exclusive live streamed classes. You get 3 workouts per week that are live streamed. If you can’t make the livestream times you will have access to the video of the live stream at any time.
